Diniz Adient is one of the biggest automobile seat, seat frame and trim cover production sites of Turkey with previous company name known as Major SKT.
Diniz Adient is a joint venture company of Diniz Holding and Adient Company.
We have been a world class trim cover supplier of trim covers since 1994 and year by year our expertise increased combining with latest production facilities, selected materials, innovative engineering team. We take our power from our highly qualified manufacturing workers, precise processes and solution oriented storage and transport conditions specialized for each product.
We’re cutting and sewing original seat covers, headrest covers and door linings of different OEM’s and all types of automobile seat covers; fabric, vinyl, leather.
Currently we’re producing Renault Clio front seat covers, Honda Civic complete seat covers (both front and rear) , Mercedes Bus headrests in our Bursa Plant and Renault Clio front seat covers, Nissan Micra complete seat covers and Ford Transit – Connect headrest covers in our Gönen Plant – ADİN.
ADİN is cut & sew plant, trim cover production plant of Diniz Adient in Gönen which is established in 2017.
ADİN takes and implements all processes of Diniz Adient with an improvement and all the expertise saved with many years by Diniz Adient and Adient company is directly transfered to ADİN. So ADİN already manufactures trim covers with the years’ know-how.
ADİN has all the necessary departments and activities in a manufacturing plant. Raw materials (including roll fabrics, plastic profiles, threads, extruded listings… etc) of trim covers are received and stored in incoming material warehouse.
Roll and plate fabric, vinyl, foam, carpet materials are transfered from incoming material warehouse to cutting process. Cutting process is the start point of manufacturing process which is starting with spreading process. All the materials to be cut are firstly spreaded in the long tables for the preparation of cutting. Spreaded fabrics are transfer to cutting machines. Cutting is made in high technology CNC Cutting machines and press machine.
Cut parts are transfered to sewing process where the first quality and first class technology sewing machines are used including CNC specialty. In sewing process there are sewing lines which are dedicated for the projects, types of cover, types of material. Sewing process is based on line flow where the lean manufacturing fundamentals and requirements are implemented. Product and process poka yoke equipments and solutions are already used for best level quality.
Quality is one of our main focus to exceed our customers’ increasing expectations. Starting from incoming material acceptance to transportation to customer, all processes and products are controlled and documented by experienced quality team.
Product packaging is one of our best business practices that for each customer we realize different kind of packaging that takes into account product quality and low cost.
