These resorts often send emails to those on the list offering discounted or 2-for-1 accommodations. These deals often include free slot play or resort credits for such amenities as dining and evening shows and can be quite a bargain.
Download programs from the websites of airlines that alert you to discounted airfare. For example, Southwest offers Ding, which sends out daily alerts with one-day deals to cities such as Las Vegas. You can often save as much as 50 percent on your flight by getting your ticket at the Ding rate. The disadvantage is that you only have a short time to book and the dates you want to travel may not be available for the discounted airfare.
