Matt NewYork. The entire staff was extremely helpful and friendly. I got to deal with the location manager directly and he was very helpful. The only upselling that was mentioned were the manufacturers from the computer. It is so nice to go to a place like this and not be pressured into a bunch of unnecessary things. My wife and I will continue to visit this location. I have been in customer service for 25 years and not often impressed.
During my visit here however I truly was. I only wish it were a little cheaper.

After adding a bulb and another 10 minute service, my bill quickly jumped to dollars. But i understand most pricing. Everyone at the facility was so friendly. The waiting room is kind of a joke, but I do like that you can sit in your car while everything is getting done. Another thing I love about Valvoline, I can get in and get out on my lunch. The gentleman did give me a print out or the preventative maintenance items with pricing info that needs to be done on my vehicle. I appreciated that very much! I have always gotten Excellent Service at this Valvoline Location. I will continue to go back because of the friendly staff and the great coupons that are sent out!
