On a 10 hour flight, one should at least be given a beverage or snack. Cons: No inflight entertainment like we were supposed to have. No snacks, and 30 meal was small and terrible. Pros: There was little to like about the entire travel experience. The check-in line was the longest I have ever seen, almost 90 minutes of waiting.
