Again, can not say enough about how kind the staff is! The hotel beach is not "island worthy" This beach is comparable to upper Florida. We spent all our time in the pool, as there is way to much seaweed to get in the beach water. The food in the resort is subpar. Rooms were in awful condition with caving ceilings, unclean bathrooms and cracked walls.
Very cheap looking place - Its terrible because once you get there you cannot switch to another resort. They already got your money and there are no refunds. The resort and spa sits on Uvero Alto beach and is conveniently located next to a coral reef for those interested in snorkeling and fish finding. The atmosphere is one that mixes tropical with luxury while maintaining a beachy relaxed vibe. Making it a large enough place to hold big bashes from corporate events, weddings, reunions, and more. Plenty of options for every need.
For something a bit more fun, you can join a dance lesson or participate in the Beach Olympics. The resort also has a large range of courts where you can play different sports such as tennis, basketball or football.
