Upon my attempt I was told the same thing after going through their troubleshooting steps and determining my brush to be malfunctioning. Since I would not accept this answer and requested to be transferred to a supervisor I was put on hold. When the agent returned it was to inform me I was to being transferred to a supervisor. That was over 1hr ago, I'm still on hold, no supervisor has picked up. This is my third shark product, all purchased from other retailers and I had no trouble obtaining warranty support on my last vacuum.
I got 6 good years out of it with a couple parts replaced via warranty with no hassle what so ever. Under these circumstances and given the sudden increase in BBB and Consumer Affairs complaints I can no longer recommend shark products. This comment has been rated as unhelpful by Slickdeals users.
