I cannot eat very hot spicy food. On each occasion I have asked if I can have a different choice from the hot spicy soup as I just cannot eat it. I tried but after one mouthful both times I had to stop eating it. I can manage the rest - it is just the soup which is extemely hot and burns the lining of my mouth. I was told no it could not be changed. I find it disappointing that clearly the restaurant does help some customers but not all.
